Since graduating from Durham University with a BA hons in Archaeology and a MA in Museum and Artefact Studies, Lydia has worked to engage the public with heritage through archaeology and heritage sites. Lydia joined APS in 2018, initially working on a variety of commercial projects, but has since moved to specialising in engaging the wider community.  Projects have included undertaking test pitting and fieldwalking with local groups and Lydia is currently leading the fieldwork for Heritage Lincolnshire on their 'Presenting the Past' Landscape Partnership programme of work on the Isle of Axholme and Hatfield Chase in North Lincolnshire.  Lydia is also extremely experienced in developing, planning, and running educational workshops for primary schools and community based activities for all ages.
